Contact our customer care team via email or phone within 24 hours of receiving your package, providing your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect tea products.
Verification
Our quality assurance team will review your request and the provided images to verify the claim against our shipping and packaging standards.
Pickup or Disposal
Once approved, we will either arrange for a reverse pickup of the original items or provide instructions for the safe disposal of the damaged goods.
Refund or Replacement
After validation, we will process a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement of your favorite Society Tea blend at no additional cost.
