All our tea leaves are sourced from the finest gardens and packed in air-tight containers or vacuum-sealed pouches to preserve aroma and flavor. Once opened, we recommend storing the tea in a cool, dry place in an opaque, airtight container.

What are the shipping charges for domestic orders?

We offer free shipping on all orders above a certain value, which is specified at the checkout page. For orders below that threshold, a nominal shipping fee is applied based on your location and order weight.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days for metropolitan cities and 5 to 7 business days for other regions across India. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.

Do you offer international shipping?

What is your return policy for food products?

Due to the perishable nature of tea, we do not accept returns once the seal is broken. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please reach out to our customer support within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
